: Graduate Quantity Surveyor Construction - Harrogate MW1-6112 The Client and the Role: My client provides a range of professional services to clients procuring construction, refurbishment and maintenance works UK-wide. Their services include project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, mechanical and electrical consultancy and planning supervision. They currently have an available position in West Yorkshire, working on various education and commercial new build / design & build projects in the area, which range in value from GBP 2 million to GBP 15 million. They also have a specialist PFI advisory department. The position is primarily office based. Requirements: 2 years of post degree commercial experience is needed. My client ideally wants the successful candidate to have an understanding of the entire construction process, enabling them to provide complete project management services. Some previous Professional Quantity Surveying experience is required, although a mixture of both a contractor and consultancy background is also fine.
