AIRCOM is a privatelyheld business under the control of UK founders and key management.Role DescriptionAIRCOM International is a market-leading provider of consulting services and engineering tools to the cellular industryworldwide.Applicants should have a 1st Class, 2.1 or 2.2 in a relevant degree (preferably in, Software Engineering, ComputerSciences, Mathematics or Electronic Engineering),ResponsibilitiesYou will provide technical support for our software either on site, via e-mail or by telephone.You will liaise with clients of all nationalities and provide high quality customer service. You must therefore be ableto demonstrate a methodical approach to your work and be comfortable with working to tight deadlinesCapabilities Accuracy and communication skills Knowledge of Excel and Access with a technical understanding of Windows NT ORACLE knowledge would be advantageous An aptitude for understanding new engineering software A willingness to travel is essential
