Their agriculture sites are located in many of the counties in the Midlands & South.These engineering roles will be based either at their Brackley Head Office in Northants or Sutton Benger in Wiltshire.The RoleYou will be the key driver at factory level for implementing more advanced technical solutions. To develop and manageprojects.To become the source of knowledge within the factory when it comes to technologyTo liaise between shop floor operatives and engineering as a whole to understand requirements and communicate changesWork with external suppliers, Universities and research organisationsFaccenda will support Graduates who wish to pursue Chartered Engineer status.Training & DevelopmentCompared to some friends who are on graduate training programmes with various companies, I feel that I get much moreinput and direction from the CompanyA current Faccenda GraduateThe success of their graduate programme really matters to Faccenda. So you will be assigned a Director of the business asyour sponsor who will have overall responsibility for you on the programme. In addition you will have a coach from withinthe business to provide advice, support and guidance.The Graduate Programme is for 2 years and will involve 4 six-month placements which will give you a broad range ofexperience within the business. These 6-month placements will be agreed by you, your sponsor and your coach. Theobjective at the end of the 2 years is for you to fully understand how the business operates, the constraints,opportunities and issues it faces and importantly what it takes to make things happen.At the end of the programme you take a management position within the Engineering department.PackageWe offer a basic salary of GBP 18-21,000 (more depending on experience) which is reviewed throughout the two year programme
