Description:

Our client is seeking both a chartered and a graduate geotechnical engineer to join their rapidly expanding team in theSheffield office. Current workload includes geotechnical aspects of highway schemes, industrial and commercialdevelopment projects, earthworks inspections, and site investigation works. The successful candidates will be presentedwith varied and exciting career opportunities within a dynamic team.For the chartered position, you will preferably hold a good Civil Engineering degree plus a masters degree inGeotechnics. You will have at least 5 years of broadly based geotechnical experience in site investigation, geotechnicaldesign and specification, and design implementation. It would be advantageous if you also had a working appreciation ofgeo-environmental issues. Other candidates with demonstrable relevant design experience will be considered.For the graduate position you will hold a good Civil Engineering degree.
