Our client specialises in the sale of fishing equipment and goods. They are currently looking to recruit a GraduateAccounts Manager to join their existing team. Established in the North East for many years, they are continuing to growand develop the business.The role will involve firstly helping to establish and carry out credit control, the role will develop considerably overtime to include such things as budgeting, forecasting and interpreting accounts for various departments. There will becontact with customers over the phone on a regular basis and with a small existing team there are opportunities to getinvolved in a number of activities within the department.This position will be ideally suited to a candidate of graduate calibre, preferably from a numerical background, such asmaths, science, finance or business studies. A high level of numeracy is crucial along with an enthusiasm for work ofthis type. There are excellent opportunities for progression for the right candidate, as our client would considerhelping the successful them through their CIMA in the future.
