Graduate Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant - LondonIf you have some sales experience and a big personality and are looking to get into the recruitment industry, this is a great way to start. Our client is a finance, legal and HR recruiter in London. They have one open sales floor and an environment that's not for the fainthearted ! This will suit a strong personality who enjoys a bit of banter whilst they work - all with the best intentions and a strong team spirit ! It's a really sociable culture with a mix of characters and some really good performers who thrive in the buzzy environment. You will start out working the database - ie calling candidates and clients to update details and generate leads. This, combined with the input from the rest of the team, will teach you the jargon, the client base and the sector, and will integrate you into the team as you generate leads for them. The plan is that this is a 3 month "training and induction" period to ground you in the essentials before becoming a fully fledged consultant. A strong character is needed for this environment ! You should also have some telesales or field sales experience, and be looking to get into the recruitment industry.
