Our client is seeking an experienced Apparel Manager to lead its international apparel operations, based from the globalhead office in the South East, England. They currently have a strong apparel business in a number of major markets, butthe core challenge is to transform these pockets of excellence into a coherent global strategy. They are currently in theworlds Top 5 outdoor footwear brand as well as being a leading player in several sports categories. They also have aleading uniform brand worldwide, serving the needs of uniformed professionals in areas such as the police, ambulance andfire service.The Role:The role would cover both their main global brands in branded sportswear/footwear and apparel.This platform is an excellent basis on which to extend the brand more aggressively into the apparel segment.The Requirements:The ideal candidate will have experience of range planning, product development and sourcing and be well versed in themajor international markets.He / she will also have an understanding of both the outdoor leisure market as well as sport specific categories.Salary circa GBP 70,000Based South East
