German Technical Consultant (Surrey Document Management Workflow Software EDM IT) is required by my client who is anexpanding International Software vendor with over 400 staff worldwide and global revenue figures that are growing year onyear.With over 1200 customers worldwide they hold a dominant market position in the US. They have for the past couple of yearsbeen busy expanding their customer base in the EMEA with great success.Role will focus on assisting with the following:Defining requirements for the client.Generate written documentation for all project issues.Develop, and then participate in, system test plans.Assist with all customer support and maintenance issues as required.Configure products to work with the clients software applications.Document customer technical workflows.You will need to have:1. Minimum 3-5 years commercial experience in delivering IT solutions, including large projects.2. Strong client facing experience.3. Fluent German language skills.Desirable Skills:1. Document Management / Workflow experience.2. Knowledge of one of Insurance / Financial Services vertical market.3. Queuing software knowledge, ideally MQSeries &/or MSMQ.4. Any additional European languages.5. RDBMs experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB/2).Client will provide extensive training on their products and services.Salary package: Basic GBP 35-50k (dependent upon experience) & Benefits.Client offices are based in Surrey (role will involve EMEA travel).
