You will need a degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering, with at least 5 years geotechnical design andanalysis experience. Chartered, or very nearly so, and have a familiarity with common geotechnical software tools. Youmust be a good team worker, with ability to coach younger team members. Be Confident and have the ability to acceptresponsibility to deliver projects with a minimum of supervision. Hard working and prepared to be flexible to meetproject demands.
