Description:

Our client are a fast growing GBP 100 million support services group offering a comprehensive range of property basedservices through four integrated but uniquely specialised business streams. They support a wide range of commercial andpublic sector customers across the UK. This includes providing building maintenance services on a 24/7 national basis,delivering property maintenance services to Local Authorities etc and providing a specialist turnkey design, install andfurnish service direct to the end user, focusing on the commercial office market. They now require a General Manager torun a business unit in Manchester (circa GBP 7 million turnover) within fabric maintenance.The Role:This is a full P&L responsible position reporting directly into the UK Managing Director.The main focus of the position is to strategically grow the business.The Requirements:It is an autonomous position, therefore a professional, energetic and entrepreneurial individual is sought.This position is seen as a stepping stone into a Directors post within the Group.Circa GBP 60K + Bonus + BenefitsBased Manchester
