Experienced General Manager to manage and motivate a small but dedicated team, manufacturing specialist components for the rail, aerospace and specialist vehicle markets.Will be familiar with batch manufacturing including heat treatment and metal manipulation. Have a sound knowledge and experience of introducing lean and continuous improvements. A good understanding of IT systems and have the ability to utilise them to achieve production output and efficiencies. Through your proactive management, mange, motivate and develop the workforce into a cohesive unit that will embrace change and help it make a contribution to the bottom line.Excellent opportunity with a leading company in there field.
