About the roleWorking within a 4 star hotel based in Staines, the role is a General Maintenance Engineer. You will be contracted to a40 hour week working 5 days out of 7. Mostly the work will be Monday to Friday from 8.am to 4.30pm, they will beoccasional weekend work but this is on average one Saturday or Sunday in every 3 to 4 weeks. Uniform, meals and full useof the hotel facilities are of benefit to this role.Duties of the role will include:1. To ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a safe & accurate manner.2. To keep preventative maintenance up to date.3. To ensure Guest Satisfaction Standards are being met.4. To undertake projects as requested by the Maintenance Manager.5. To provide shift work on a rota basis.6. To be responsible, observing mechanical and pool plant maintenance and operation on a daily basis.7. To identify and report equipment faults to the Maintenance Manager.8. To respond to all reasonable requests in a timely fashion.
