Description:

RoleResponsible for the ongoing management of client relationships in relation to their Risk Management, Brokerage and CashManagement services;To meet with existing clients on a regular basis in order to provide independent reviews of service levels provided tothe client base and identify areas for improved service;Skills & Experience Required:Must have a strong understanding of FX products (spot, forwards, options);Will have a good understanding of Treasury based products;Demonstrable experience of managing corporate client relationships;Experience of managing and generating daily / monthly workload (i.e. diary / meetings)Personal Characterisitics:Consultative / Outgoing personality;Focused on customer retention and service;Calm, diplomatic and persuasive by nature;Excellent time manager.
