: Our client is seeking a Financial Services Industry (FSI) expert to drive revenue generating industry solutions in the European region. You will work with the FSI Worldwide Program Office, field marketing, and local Geos to help select, create, localise, market and sell the FSI solutions. FSI and European experience preferred. Duties: Direct the activities of the Financial Services industry organization in the European region, and participate in senior FS Industry org planning for creating solutions, marketing, and sales plans. Represent the FS industry org at senior level meetings, sales calls, and conferences in the region. Work closely and effectively with the European Industry Sales teams, the Worldwide FS Program, Industry strategists and other Marketing team members, Client Services, and Field Marketing, to select, create, localise, market and sell FSI industry solutions in EMEA. Develop and drive a solution portfolio in at least one segment of financial service (capital markets, insurance, banking) using subject matter expertise and program management, and be sufficiently capable to directing such work on all other financial services segments. Make agreed-upon solutions sales ready for the field by driving full programs: (local sales tools, presentations, 1-pagers, calling scripts, ISV alignment etc..) Drive awareness of segment programs and solutions both internal and externally in Europe. Understand segment market opportunities in the European region, and help identify sales opportunities through direct and channel demand creation. Participate and direct key account planning, mapping ISVs and solutions; facilitate joint sales and marketing with ISVs. Direct the tracking of segment revenue across the European region. Required Skills: Strong FSI expertise at a senior level, preferably gained from previous work experience in a systems integrator, bank, insurance or securities company. European experience strongly preferred. Teamwork, leadership, and strong working relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels. Strong written and presentation skills Drive solution selling and able to lead and influence the sales process. Results oriented. |
