FOOD HYDROCOLLOID SCIENTISTS/TECHNOLOGISTS - FOOD INGREDIENTS - REF 12698Our Client is seeking experienced Food Scientists/Technologists with experience of food hydrocolloids, to join theirdevelopment and applications team based in Ayrshire.Responsible for the provision of technical support to internal and external customers, key responsibilities will includeresponding to enquiries, customer visits, presentations, trials, and laboratory based operations or the supervision oflaboratory work. You will promote product application and identify innovative technical solutions in order to support thesales force, and must therefore be able to demonstrate strong food chemistry knowledge and ingredient functionalityprocesses.Qualified to degree or PhD level in a relevant scientific discipline, applicants should be able to demonstrateappropriate professional experience spanning 5-8 years. You should have additional project management experience andcustomer technical interfacing skills, and as UK and international travel will be required, you should hold a full UKdriving licence and you must be able to travel without restriction to other countries/continents.Role: PermanentLocation: Ayrshire, ScotlandSalary: GBP 25,000 - GBP 30,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits package and relocation assistance |
