Description:

Leading Health Club chain requires Food and Beverage Manager to run their incredibly profitable F & B Facility. You will be responsible for ensuring all your customers have the best hospitality experience possible, generating maximum income and profit for the business, by leading and developing your team whilst maintaining a high standard of service.You will also play an integral part in the member retention side of the club, liaising with the Member Relations Manager to ensure their needs and expectations of all members are met.You should have at least 2 year experience in managing an F & B team or kitchen and be experienced in generating sales through F & B. You will also have relevant food qualifications and preferably held a liquor license.
