With fifteen years of year-on-year salesgrowth in the UK, our client is embarking on an exciting International Business Development strategy and requires anexperienced Business Development professional to facilitate European sales growth.THE ROLEReporting to the International Business Development Manager, your remit will be to expand the company brandinternationally. This will entail regular liaison with prospective and existing sales and distribution targets. Inaddition to ensuring profit targets are met, you will be required to conduct competitor analysis & market research anddiscuss the implementation of marketing activities such as brand and product literature and P.O.S with the MarketingDepartment. You will represent the company at International Trade Shows and deliver technical and practical informationfor the full product range.THE PERSONThe successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, literate and diligent Graduate with at least 3 years consumer productsales/marketing experience. You will have strong sales and business development skills and excellent commercial acumen.You will have a second European language (French or German) and enjoy travelling and relating to people from othercultures.
