Description:

Fluent German speaking Software Support Engineer needed for high profile international organisation based in Surrey. Fluency in any other major European languages is a bonus. You have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues identifying bottlenecks and computer interconnectivity on Java, J2EE, C/C++, Web and Application Servers, Network Protocols (i.e. TCP/IP and more), Windows NT4/2000 Server, Unix, HPUX, Solaris, Linux etc. Working in a friendly team environment, you will administer support via telephone, email or online web based methods. In return you will receive training on the latest software products. Your CV will show a relevant I.T. or Engineering degree and you will be an excellent communicator. Prior experience in support-based environments will be favoured. Expect a package in the range of GBP 25,000 per year with excellent benefits and working conditions.
