BASED IN SLOUGHThe main purpose of this role is to combine excellent Customer Service skills with strong administrative support for the Fleet Administration team. This involves providing an efficient Taxation service for our external customers. In addition, strong problem solving skills and providing a proactive approach to both internal and external customer queries.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES/ PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/PERSON SPECIFICATION Primary Responsibilities forming administration backup for the following functions and processes: Provide strong Customer Service skills Dealing with multiple telephone queries and providing resolutions. Monthly RFL/MOT renewal schedule and related queries. Ancillary RFL functions such as duplicates and fines Processing of all Fixed Penalties Notices received Cherished plate assignment and administration The administration of Vehicles Movements The administration of fuel card ordering and dispatch Vehicle re-registrations and other DVLA related items. Logging, Filing and retrieval of Vehicles Log books and MOT certificates. Collection and delivery of outgoing post to the Post room. General filing Accountabilities/Performance indicators: Fleet Administrator will be accountable for the processes listed above in accordance with Fleet Admins internal SLAs and Procedures specified in internal document. Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Proven experience and success in an administrative role for a minimum of 1 year. Customer Service experience preferable Accurate data input/filing skills Fast and accurate keyboard skills. Intermediate PC skills.Competencies/Person specification: Strong Team commitment/philosophy Fanatical attention to detail Excellent telephone manner. Self-Starter with ability to problem solve, even when undirected. Ability to work to deadlines under pressurised conditions.
