This includes recruiting and training gymstaff, maximising personal training sales. Key accountabilities are listed below:- To ensure maximum effectiveness in all areas of the gymnasiumsoperations. To optimise operating profit through the maximising personal training sales. To facilitate the fitness operations within the club including the gym, personal training studio and pool classes.
