Premium Health Club, currently the destination employer in the premium market requires a talented and professional Health and Fitness Manager to run its Fitness Operation. As a leading industry operator, they require the highest caliber candidates.Key responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the gym operation. This includes recruiting and training gym staff, maximizing personal training sales. Key accountabilities are listed below: - To ensure maximum effectiveness in all areas of the gymnasiums operations. - To optimise operating profit through the maximising personal training sales. - To facilitate the fitness operations within the club including the gym, personal training studio and pool classes. - To ensure rotas, booking systems, Personal Training, studio statistics and operation reports are completed accurately and on time. Candidate Requirements: Will have previous management experience in a similar environment. Will have relevant fitness qualifications. Will have proven ability to motivate and develop their staff
