Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have a extensive knowledge of B1building regulations, the Fire Precautions Act 1971; Fire Precautions Regulations 1997 and have good knowledge of theproposed Fire & Safety Order 2006. The candidate must also be able to survey buildings and premises from small shops tolarge multiple occupancy offices.The role will involve carrying out risk assessments, occupiers compliance surveys, preparing fire safety certificates,overseeing and assisting fire evacuation drills, advising clients on their legal responsibilities for fire safetycompliance and give basic and fire warden fire safety training.In return our client offers an excellent salary, benefits and career growth opportunity.
