We are looking for two mature plate waits, with experience of fine dining, to work in a-soon-to-be launched, exclusive gastro bar/hotel in Surrey. You will need to be passionate about food, be career minded and focussed. Along with this we need all candidates to have extremely good, proven waiting skills and as well as experience of wine waiting. There will be plenty of opportunity for training and development.
