The role will involve understanding and analysing business needs of clients and using them to produce technical specs for the development team. You will also be creating test plans and assessing their results. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yrs Business Analysis experience within the financial/banking sector. It is essential you possess strong problem solving, communication and planning skills. Any exposure to UML or experience within Project Management is desirable but not essential.
