An important part of the role will be responsibility for providing financial and management information to budgetholders, arranging and attending monthly budget holder meetings to evaluate performance against budget, and undertakingfinancial investigations.A dynamic qualified or part qualified accountant who understands the important role finance plays in delivering serviceimprovements and has a track record of success in working in a change oriented environment. You can demonstrate thecommunication and interpersonal skills needed to develop and maintain strong relations with senior managers and budgetholders. Experience in the public sector essential, along with a good level of IT literacy and understanding of financialsystems.The Housing Association have landlord responsibilities for 600 homes in the South Yorkshire area and are currentlyundertaking a capital investment and refurbishment programme as part of a delivery programme initiative to continuouslyimprove the standard of the housing stock.Location: Sheffield
