Cattles serves over700,000 customers and has a workforce of over 6000 people.Companies within the group include:Dial 4 a Loan, Welcome Financial Services, Welcome Car Finance and Shopacheck - just to name a few!We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant - Bank Administration at our office in Nottingham.You will be responsible for:Identifying, investigating and resolving problems and queries.Assisting branch network with queries.Meeting deadlines on completion of projects.Supporting the business and customers by meeting team and individual turnaround times and targets.Meeting requirements as laid down by then bank.In this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Minimum 12 months experience working in a processing or banking environment.Minimum 12 months customer service experience.Excellent keyboarding and Excel skills.Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships.Target driven.Team player.Flexible and have the ability to multi-task.As an Investor in People, we value individual and team performance very highly.
