The Company is looking to grow the businessthrough organic growth and acquisition. Due to this growth we are looking for a Field Sales Manager, New BusinessDevelopment Manager to join the team.The Field Sales Manager, Sales Manager,New Business Development Manager role involves managing a team of four field salesexecutives and two telesales reps. Other responsibilities will involve carrying a personal revenue target and selling thecompanies services and equipment via leasing and operating contracts. Duties will involve helping the field sales andtelesales team hit company targets, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with new/existingclients and securing business. Other responsibilities will include managing your own diary and monthly reporting offigures to the Sales Director.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years capital goods sales experience and two years salesmanagement experience is desirable. This role could suit a senior sales person who is currently selling in the capitalgoods industry or someone who is looking for their first step into a management position.
