Our client, a highly successful office supplies company, offering a guaranteed next day delivery with their own drivers.This personal touch is an extremely popular service with clients.Established for 79 years with an already mature client base a Field Sales Executive is now required to help grow thebusiness and maximise potential with the existing clients.Responsible for heading up business development in the office stationery side of the business. Benefit from extra revenueas you sell other areas of the business, copiers & office furniture, as appropriate.Responsible for targeting a broad range of SMEs to large corporations in the Northern Home Counties, East London/Essexarea. The City & West End is avoided due to logistical head ache and overly competitive prices.Development to be achieved from own contacts, extensive database, existing customers that arent ordering from otherareas of the business, lapsed clients & company drivers.Mainly concentrating on new business development. Developing more towards an account management position as you win newcustomers.Career progression:- keen to strengthen the management side of the business with a non-family member. Progression toman-management is definitely available as you act as mentor / trainer to a new Field Sales person.No strict guidelines in terms of targets, to be discussed.
