This company has a global presence boosting a multi-million pound turnover and a range of products used by high profile salons and celebrities alike. This field sales role will involve selling a complete range of hair care products such as styling products, colours, shampoos etc and also equipment such as straighteners, hairdryers etc into independent hair salons throughout a midlands based sales territory. This is a new business role targeting a virgin territory therefore I require a strong self starter who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a burning desire to grow and develop with a dynamic company. You should be well presented, commercially aware with a strong work ethic and a desire to earn lots of commissions based on continued success. Once you have opened an account you will have full account management responsibilities ensuring a strong relationship based on delivering an outstanding service to the account and keeping them abreast of new product lines, promotions and ensuring that effective merchandising/product placement is in place. You are very much the front person for this company; therefore you must have a bright enthusiastic personality, be extremely well presented with a stable proven background in new business development (minimum 2 to 3 years in business to business sales, able to produce stats etc). Ideally you will have industry experience and at least posses a passion for the market place. Ideal location is Birmingham or surrounding cities. You should be hardworking and used to making a lot of calls and client visits throughout the day in order to build relationships.
