Marketing Company, Ruislip is looking for a Marketing Project AdministratorA leading marketing company in Ruislip is looking for a markting co-ordinator with excellent administrative skills, someone who is confident to speak to customers and clients, confident to chase up clients and someone who can work on projects in support of the marketing departmentIf you have 2 years experience within a marketing environment and are looking for a fresh challenge within a successful business you may be suitable!The hours are 9 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday, 4.30 Fridays.Detailed spec:Key tasks 1. Assume personal responsibility for the management of all centralised marketing programmes (CDM, CRM, CAP, CBB and HVP) and centralised marketing materials. 2. Produce accurate reports on marketing activities and approve supplier reports. 3. Liaise with key suppliers and agencies. 4. Provide accurate and timely communications to the Operations team regarding the centralised programmes and provide reactive support regarding queries from the Operations team. 5. Administrative support for the Marketing Launch Programme. 6. Budget reconciliation and marketing stock reconciliation. 7. Update our intranet site (InSite) as and when necessary. 8. Provide general administrative and secretarial support - typing, photocopying, updating spreadsheets etc to ensure the smooth running of programmes and the department. Responsibilities Financial * Budget and financial administration on NatPro and the MLP budgets.Private & Confidential Allocation assessment and approval of work * Work allocated by Field Marketing Manager. * Approval of work within set timescales and deliverables. Contacts within the Company Outside the Company All Departments, especially Marketing and Operations. Knowledge and skills required * Customer focused * Excellent organisational skills * Exceptional attention to detail * Good communicator/telephone manner * Advanced database and spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel * Typing skills, using Microsoft Word including variable data and mail merging * Aptitude and willingness to learn new skills * Ability to work independently and with a team * Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines * Enthusiasm * Previous marketing experience desirable |
