: FM Consultant - FM1096 - Glasgow & Edinburgh - GBP 40,000Our client, a global construction company is looking for an Facilities Management Consultant with at least 7 years experience in delivering strategic FM solutions to a variety of businesses. The ability to interface with senior personnel in client organisations. Hard FM experience is essential. If you are forward thinking, highly motivated and determined to succeed, this role may interest you. They work with a wide range of 'blue chip' clients in both the private and thepublic sectors and specialise in carrying out FM audits, FM benchmarking,developing FM strategies and procuring best practice FM solutions. We alsooperate extensively in the PFI/PPP market supporting and advising both thepublic and private sectors. Their clients include the commercial, healthcare,education and manufacturing sectors. You should have a broad FM skill set, proven track record in delivering FM services, experience in specifying and procuring FM services and havecontributed to devising improved FM strategies. You will also be a member of the BIFM and are likely to have a relevant professional qualification.
