Our clients, a multi-national engineering consultancy firm, are looking to recruit Facilities Engineers to join theiroffices in London and Bath.Suitable candidates will be experienced, competent facilities engineers with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience inElectrical Engineering / Facilities Management Consultancy with a proven track record of sound management over a range ofengineering/FM services within a varying property portfolio. An electrical engineering qualification is essential forthis role.Details: Ensuring the Clients deliverables for his/her respective projects are of a suitably high standard Attending meetings with their clients, other professionals and suppliers Developing strategic FM objectives and implementing agreed policies Preparation of condition surveys, forward maintenance plans and the management of the works processes Technical and financial management and audit of FM suppliers to ensure that a quality service is provided whichrepresents good value Organising and running small design and project teams. Organising resources and ensuring that services and projects arecarried out to an agreed programme and within budget Ensuring that appropriate service/design decisions are made and that other staff in his/her discipline are workingeffectively towards the end product Producing a resource plan for the work to be undertaken in his/her discipline Ensuring that senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and that the ultimateobjectives of the client are achieved Co-ordinating his/her work with other members of the FM/design teamsIn return you will receive all the benefits associated with working for a progressive blue chip company as well as ahighly competitive salary.
