Description:

A leading service provider is looking for a facilities co-ordinator to provide day-to-day support at designated sites.This role will include co-ordination of helpdesk tasks through efficient assignment and communication with staff andcontractors.Further duties are to conduct monthly service review meetings with clients and co-ordinate sub-contractors on site andensure CAW's issued, risk assessments and method statements are obtained. Applicants must be willing to develop knowledgeto assist the FM and space planning functions with all aspects of churn. To include communication of floor plan, costcentre and floor list updates ensuring these are completed efficiently.Additionally, the successful applicant will provide administrative support to key account management whilst maintainingconfidentiality and sensitivity. Knowledge of SLA's and KPI's would be beneficial, as you will be expected to take thelead role in completing weekly general site and cleaning audits.Applicants must have excellent face-to-face and telephone communication, the ability to work as part of a team or on yourown as well as experience of Word and Excel spreadsheets. Previous experience of working for a prestigious CorporateClient is an advantage.
