Upto GBP 25,000Key Qualities:You must be confident, fast learner, proactive, enthusiastic, friendly.You must have good time management, prioritisation, and punctual skills.Responsibilities include: Daily Building Tours to ensure that site runs smoothly. Obtaining quotations and issuing purchase orders for small repair work to take place. Ensuring that Security and when necessary staff are made aware of contractor work. Liasing with Contractors, both by phone and in person regarding proposed works. Point of contact for staff queries. Delegate tasks to the Facilities Porter. Backup for the entire Facilities Team. Health and Safety Policy Implementation and record keeping. To be a Trained Fire Warden Arranging for repair/redecoration works as required by the building tour reports. Ensuring that accurate lists and supplies of site spares (furniture and redecoration stocks). Use of the Security Access System to generate reports when necessary and issuing new security fobs. Point of contact for staff regarding general staff queries. Use of the BMS computer to adjust internal temperatures.
