With such a wide range of roles, Facilities & Services is a very diverse team of professionals, with a widerange of backgrounds and experience. What they have in common is the ability to communicate well with people at alllevels and an enthusiasm for solving problems. * Key responsibilities may include: Preparing non-routine correspondence according to company guidelines for signature by executives, (i.e. brand compliance, proof reading materials for consistency, grammar, and spelling). * Compiling, processing and analysing data based on research objectives and preparing reports. * Arranging and coordinating meetings/conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning team. * Anticipating travel needs of executives and independently coordinating complex travel arrangements. * Preparing draft proposals and presentations with direction from executives. * Assisting with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks (i.e. locating and completing standard Accenture forms, providing invoicing and accounts reconciliation support, maintaining voicemail/email distribution lists). * Managing complex calendar / diary activity, including coordination of appointments for executives. * Providing telephone support and acting as executives' representative to independently handle calls as appropriate. * Screening and managing email.Qualifications * Excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and preferably PowerPoint although not essential. * 3 years' experience in a progressively responsible Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant/Senior Secretarial role. * Professional Skill Requirements. * Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. * Ability to work creatively and analytically and maintain confidentiality. * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. * Excellent customer service skills. * Must display professionalism and confidence. * Experience of working for more than one Senior Manager. * Appreciation of time differentials to work effectively with global offices and clients. * Experience of working in a client/customer focused environment and experience of managing time and workload.In the Enterprise workforce, learning is an ongoing process for each individual and the Enterprise workforce supportsthis process in a variety of ways including: an individual's experience, including day-to-day assignments, specialprojects and professional growth experiences; the ongoing feedback and guidance each individual receives on professionaldevelopment from their career counsellor and/or supervisor(s) and others.
