FACILITATORS WITH CADMIT/ CADMID EXPERIENCE SORT FOR DEFENCE CLIENTOur clients Operational Analysis Group is seeking Facilitators with experience of facilitating meetings to elicit requirements or to gain consensus from stakeholder communities. You will facilitate decision conferences in support of the acquisition of equipment or making balance of investment decisions across a number of equipment programmes for MoD and other government departments or agencies. You must have experience of working with military customers and the CADMID / CADMIT cycles or of working with other government departments and the Gateway process. Also excellent communication skills, track record of facilitating workshops/meetings effectively, able to manage meetings to ensure all viewpoints are heard and consensus is reached along with ability to present in a clear and concise manner the outputs of the facilitated workshops. Experience of applying multi-criteria analysis techniques highly desirable.
