The role will include; *Ensuring relevant information is delivered to other team members and departments *Maintaining accurate employee and business records *Producing and distributing reports *Assisting with the fixed-term recruitment, processing application form requests and vacancy queries.You will need to maintain confidentiality be flexible, friendly and positive with excellent communication skills and have experience of the following; *A computerised HR package such as Compel and Microsoft Office will be an advantage *2 year experience in an administration role *4 GCSE'S/O Levels or equivalentAlton Towers is situated in Staffordshire, between Stoke-on-Trent and Derby.
