The role is to be the main point of contact with the client to take the brief, prepare costings from an established costmatrix and present them to the client. Then you will take responsibility for managing the complete project from start tofinish.The client has a re-usable system of elements for road shows, exhibitions, meetings etc such as modular stand systems,banners, graphics etc. so coordinating the delivery logistics and arrival anywhere in the world has to happen seamlessly.The projects are all quite small so the role demands that the Project manager pays great attention to detail as you willoften manage multiple projects. An important aspect of the role is to drive the project with the client; these meanschasing the client for information etc and be aware of, and keep to, deadlines. You will often be working on your own onthe projects with the support of the agencys unparalleled production and logistics departments.The role would suit someone who has been with a smaller agency and is motivated to progress their career by working onone of the worlds best known brands, to work on worldwide projects and enjoy the travelling that is required and aboveall, who wants to work for one of the top brand communication agencies in the world.
