As aresult are recruiting for Trainee Executive Search & Selection Consultants to work in our Harrogate office where we offeran exciting opportunity to enter into Executive Recruitment and learn about this exciting industry.As part of a team you will work closely with other consultants and be involved in identifying key individuals and makingprofessional approaches to prospective candidates. You will build relationships with major businesses throughout the UKand maintain these relationships.We are keen to meet with people that have the desire to enter into the recruitment industry, are tenacious and persuasiveand have a confident attitude and telephone manner. This is not only a good grounding to learn this industry, but anexcellent stepping stone to becoming a successful executive search recruitment consultant.You will receive a generous basic salary with bonus and benefits.
