Part of an international hotel group, this outstanding Central London 4-star deluxe hotel seeks a standards driven and self motivated Housekeeping Manager to run the department for a contract period of 3 4 monthsApplicants should have at least 2 3 years experience working in a similar role in at least 4-star plus hotel.Reporting to the general manager and supervising a team of floor supervisors, room attendants and porters, you should have strong leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team. The purpose of the role is to act in a consulting trouble-shooter role to bring the department up to the highest standards, ensuring the most effective and efficient systems are in place, and that all practises are systematic and up to the necessary standard.The ideal candidate will have outstanding experience in housekeeping, and demonstrate a proactive and motivated attitude, able to manage and lead an established team. In addition, the ideal candidate will also have an extensive and varied knowledge of running the housekeeping department in a large 4-star hotel. |
