With such a wide range of roles, Facilities & Services is a very diverse team of professionals, with a widerange of backgrounds and experience. What they have in common is the ability to communicate well with people at alllevels and an enthusiasm for solving problems.Working within the Executive Support Service function, you will work in a team of 6 on a rota basis between the hours of08.30-18.00 Monday to Friday.As part of the team, you will work in a shared service centre environment, working with the team to arrange meetings andvenues, book complex travel arrangements and deal with a multitude of requests from 700 Executives. Requests are receivedover the telephone, via email or via our online work request tool and the team will carry out these requests accordingly.You will receive a wide variety of requests and no two days are the same!The right candidate will have proven customer service skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels. There isan outstanding team spirit within this department and the person joining the team will be able to demonstrate theircompetence in this area.Whilst candidates will require proven organisation, team working, customer service and administration skills, we willalso provide ongoing training, guidance and coaching to candidates with the right customer service skills.QualificationsCandidates will have a proven background in either an administrative or secretarial role within a customer servicesenvironment. You will demonstrate experience of working in a team environment to achieve a common goal as well as workingat all levels. Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet are essential, together with a strongtelephone manner and confident nature.Ideal candidates will have experience of complex travel, venue organisation and a proven track record in prioritisation,coupled with a true sense of urgency.Professional Skill Requirements * Proven ability to work independently and as a team member * Ability to work creatively and analytically and maintain confidentiality * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills * Must display professionalism and confidence * Experience of working for more than one Senior Manager * Experience of working in a client/customer focused environment and experience of managing time and workloadLocation:Old Bailey, London |
