These skills are essential along with being a team player, having good problem solving skills and communication skills. A well-rounded developer with experience of completing technical projects though the whole life-cycle is the ideal candidate.Any experience of XML, C#, .NET, ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000 would also be a distinct advantage.
