Salary: GBP 12,000******* DUE TO THE LOCATION OF OUR CLIENT, YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT. *******Key Requirements:1. Data input2. Brochure requests3. Secretarial work for Sales Manager and Sales Director4. Chase Calls for brochure, Accommodation, special projects5. Timesheets6. Stationary to include keep brochure stocks in check7. Appointment confirmations for team8. Holiday/sickness admin forms/sasco planner9. Checking of Commission invoices10. Updating of Sales Boards11. Making and distribution of all menus. Place cards and table plans relating to Functions12. Attend occasional Client Events if required. Usually twice a year.13. Any other tasks that need to be completed in the Events OfficeOnce training has been completed satisfactory on all the above points there will be room for progression to includeco-ordination of particular events, whilst continuing with initial duties.Personal:The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:1. Excellent communication skills.2. PC literacy is an advantage, knowledge of word necessary.3. Strong keyboard skills.4.
