If so, please read on!!!To work in the supply chain area of the business we are looking to take on organised individuals to manage freightprocesses. The products are chemical treatments for industrial and personal use in areas such as swimming pools,coatings, timber protection etcThe role in essence is to provide an efficient service for the processing and control of all customer orders, fromreceipt through to manufacture, delivery and invoicing, as well as all associated customer service. This will involve  Processing customers orders with forwarding agents Organising despatch requirements with forwarding agents Processing orders for merchant sales Invoicing on despatch of goods as required Processing sample requests and following these up All customer service including complaints Liaising sales costs to Sales Managers Checking accuracy of statistics and comparing these with actual salesWe are looking for a very professional individual with an excellent attitude and telephone manner. You must be capable ofdealing with a heavy workload. You must be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision and work as anexcellent team member. You must be confident with IT systems (Excel and SAP advantageous) with the ability to communicatewith UK and Overseas contacts. You will need to speak French, German or Spanish fluently and be confident using yourlanguages in a business environment.
