To be the category ExpertThe most successful candidate will have working knowledge and experience in the following key areasFMCG MarketsYou have worked across Europe and the Far East for sourcing but you have also taken products to market.You have worked in collaboration with Engineering and you also have the creditability to present at board level.You are highly commercial and an entrepreneur at heart.You are a proven project manager, strong and have the ability to make things happen.Experience within a consumer durables market place.You will preferably have: -At least 5-6 years experience in Product origination (NPD) New Product Development.Financially aware, with P&L experienceFamiliar with/experience of usage & attitude, consumer groups, FMEA evaluation methodology and a process driven milestoneproduct development approachExposure/experience of trade marketing, market price positioning and customer launches.A good communicator, able to appreciate and work with Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain functionsLogical, Fact based, thinker who works in a process driven manner results orientated.Excellent Salary + Car / Allowance + Pension + Extensive Benefits
