Ref No: 591 Vacancy: European Associate Director of SalesLocation: London WC1As an Associate Director of Sales, you will have the opportunity to establish prospective client relationships through aconsultative selling process, discuss cutting edge strategic issues with an executive-level audience of the Global 4000,and manage the sales process through the attainment of quarterly and annual revenue goals. Each Associate Director willbe selling services into one of nine functional areas surrounding the CEO and his/her direct reports.The Corporate Executive Board has a competitive employment offer that includes: Competitive base salary plus unlimited bonus potential.(Commission can exceed upwards of 100% of base salary.) Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail. Solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics. Willingness to travel (70+%) European languages would be an advantage especially French or German as European travel will be involved in your roleIn the past three years, our business has grown annually at more than 30%, following over 23 consecutive quarters ofmeeting or surpassing revenue and EPS targets.
