Description:

Our Client have an immediate requirement for an Estates Manager/Building Surveyor to take responsibility for the maintenance for 470 stations across the network. You will be responsible managing maintenance and repair obligations, while also establishing whether it is Northern Rail, or other parties who are responsible.
