My Client requires an Estates Management Assistant to assist the Head of Property Services in the provision of a cost effective estate management service. Your main activities will include: Preparation and maintenance of the Land Terrier and associated records Maintain the Estate Management information systems including drawings, microfiche and archived records Assist in the carrying out and preparation of Right to Buy surveys and conveyance plans Undertake site visits and assist with surveying and levelling as required This is a long term contract position and there may be the option to become permanent at a later dare. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of work with an employer who is committed to providing excellent training. You should hold an HNC or equivalent in a surveying discipline and have an understanding of GIS mapping systems.
