Description:

Briefly the role can be broken into two distinct areas.The installation engineers work in teams of two and install complete EPoS systems, other Point Four store managementsystems and provide training to customers on our products. Typically 4 systems would be installed in a working week of 5days from 7.The Service engineers provide on site service for any hardware failure, they may also upgrade existing sites, provideproduct training and in some instances when required deputise for the installation engineers.Both areas require an excellent working knowledge of current hardware technology, Microsoft operating systems, a goodunderstanding of all networking aspects, posses the ability and desire to learn and the flexibility to work out of hourswhen required.Knowledge of EPoS, the retail trade and field experience would be an advantage.We are currently looking to increase our team in four areas around the country. Nottingham, Bristol, South London /Guilford and Glasgow / Edinburgh, the successful applicant must live within an hours drive of any of these areas.The successful applicant must enjoy travelling with regular overnight stays.All the necessary training will be provided.
