The business has experienced excellent growth whilst continuing to focus ondelivering first class service standards to their customers.Their aim is to reach world class manufacturing standards and to achieve this they require an experienced Engineer.Reporting to the Area Manager, Engineering you will responsible for managing a small focussed engineering team.You will have previous supervisory experience in an engineering role, preferably food related. Qualified to City &Guilds, NVQ Level II or equivalent, you will need to be a time-served engineer with both electrical and mechanicalskills. In addition, you will have first class communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to prioritiseyour teams daily activities and solve problems quickly and accurately.
